Vegetable Processing


* The equipment cabinet is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate with a thickness of δ=2.0mm, with an insulation layer.

* One set of built-in steam pipes, the heating method is steam direct-in, steam consumption: 300-350kg/h.
* The bracket is a 75×45×2.0mm stainless steel square tube with a universal adjusting bolt at the bottom.
* The conveying is made of punching stainless steel plate, the punching diameter is 4mm, equipped with scraper.
* The cabinet adopts a circular arc corner design, and the bottom of the cabinet is trapezoidal. There is one blowdown valve.
* Equipped with a 0.75KW reducer and a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor, the blanching time can be adjusted.
* Equipped with 1 set of solenoid valve to control the water temperature  automatically, separate control system, the water temperature control is more accurate.

The blanching equipment is divided into Steam Blanching Machine and Water Blanching Machine.

    The Vegetable Blanching Equipment Use for blanching and precooking different fruits and vegetables.

Conveying system is controlled by frequency. The speed is adjustable according to precooking time.
Equipped with steam input device on the top of tank. Make the material precooking thoroughly to achieve nice precooking effect.
