Oven for date palm heating machine

The dates go under hot air streams for quite long distance in fruit heating dryer, which increase temperature and softness of date, or remove most of the moisture gained in Fruit Washing and after Fruit Air Drying Machine. This is particularly useful to press-pack dates by thermo-forming. And it is usually works in a Palm Dates Processing Line.

Ÿ Temperature range: room temperature up to 120°C, heating temperature is adjustable;

Ÿ The hot air dryer part of the machine is sealed to reduce heat dissipation, such as the gaps on both sides, air inlet and outlet, etc.;

Ÿ The wind direction at the end and the wind direction at the front form convective wind to prevent heat loss;

Ÿ The top of the machine is equipped with a temperature sensor, there’s a protective cover is installed on it;

Ÿ The electric heating tube can be replaced;

Ÿ Using pneumatic lifting;

Ÿ The transmission speed is adjustable;

Ÿ The front end of the equipment is lengthened to connect with the packaging machine;

Ÿ A protective cover is installed on the protruding point on the side to avoid accidents;

Ÿ Use customer's own gas source;

Ÿ The main body is made of sandblasted, matt food-grade SUS304 stainless steel (Excluding motors and electrical appliances etc.).
