Palm date processing line is designed to achieve continuous operation from washing until packing. The Palm Dates Washing Machine performs the process of cleaning dates and purifying them from impurities and sticks, in addition to sterilizing dates, which ensures that dates are clean, sterilized and ready for packaging.
Various packing lines can be added to this line as desired, where the product can be packed in plastic containers, bags, or in transparent vacuum packages. Fruit Feeding Elevator with hopper is used to fee the palm dates evenly and smoothly.
Vibrating shaking machine could wash the dates in first time and shake the dates evenly to next process.
We use the Vegetable Transporting Conveyor with lamp to select the unqualified products.
Then the dates will move to the Fruit High Pressure Washing machine.
Without special request on sterilization or dates softening, we will recommend our client to Fruit Air Drying Machine.
Vacuum packing machine is a good choice for final steps. Or client could choose his own machines.
In the whole line, fruit heating dryer and UV sterilization are the optional choice for client.
