Palm Dates Processing Machine

Palm date processing line could provide the whole process from size grading until the vacuum packaging upon our client's different request.The whole line mainly includes feeding, washing, selecting, drying and packing, which could satisfy most of the clients.

1. Automatic Fruit Size Grading Machine
The machine enables the manufacturer to grade the dates in different sizes.
2. Fruit Feeding Elevator
The conveyor feeds the dates regularly are moved into next stage, avoiding the agglomeration of dates. This stage helps to remove some of the impurities and regulate the feed of dates so they arrive in all stations at the same ratio.
3. Cleaning shaker (Primary Cleaning)
This machine makes the dates in vibration to get rid of impurities, sticks, dirt and seeds that are sticked onto dates. It also
could spread the materials evenly to next stage.
4. Selecting Table with light
The workers pick out the unwanted dates into the middle conveyor into special baskets, while the good quality dates move on to next stage. The line is provided with lighting along all its stages.

5. High pressure washing Machine (Secondary Cleaning)
The machine puts dates under strong or light water splash to get rid of dirt on dates with fresh water.
6. Fruit Air Drying Machine
Put the dates under continuous air stream to remove water on the surface of the date and preparing it to the final stage.
7. Fruit Heating Dryer
The dates go under hot air streams for quite long distance, which increase temperature and softness of date, or remove most of the moisture gained during washing. This is particularly useful to press-pack dates by thermo-forming.
8. UV Sterilizer
UV sterilization provides rapid inactivation of microorganisms through a physical process. It can kill all kinds of drug-resistant bacteria and microorganisms. No chemical residue will be left.
