Hot Air Vegetable Drying Machine

Colead fruit heating dryer provides hot air streams in a tunnel, it can achieve drying and sterilizing simultaneously. Hot aisle helps increase softness of material surface and remove most of the moisture gained during washing, this is particularly useful to press-pack dates by thermal-forming; usually it is connected with Fruit Air Drying Machine and Fruit Sterilization Machine to work in a whole Palm Dates Processing Line.

Ÿ Temperature range: room temperature up to 120°C, heating temperature is adjustable;

Ÿ The hot air of the machine is sealed to reduce heat dissipation, such as the gaps on both sides, air inlet and outlet, etc.;

Ÿ The wind direction at the end and the wind direction at the front form convective wind to prevent heat loss;

Ÿ The top of the machine is equipped with a temperature sensor, there’s a protective cover is installed on it;

Ÿ The electric heating tube can be replaced;

Ÿ Using pneumatic lifting;

Ÿ The transmission speed is adjustable;

Ÿ The front end of the equipment is lengthened to connect with the packaging machine;

Ÿ A protective cover is installed on the protruding point on the side to avoid accidents;

Ÿ Use customer's own gas source;

Ÿ The main body is made of sandblasted, matt food-grade SUS304 stainless steel (Excluding motors and electrical appliances etc.).
