Fresh Cut Vegetable Washing Machine for processing line

The Vegetable Washing equipment is constructed entirely of stainless steel and plastic. All technical components, such as the pump and vibration motors, are mounted in stainless steel housings.

This Vegetable Cleaning Machine for Vegetable Processing Solution has been designed for washing cut vegetables that either float on water or sink  for Vegetable Processing Line. The vegetables are washed intensively in the washbasin and then transported by a vibration chute where the vegetables are rinsed with clean water .The excess washing water is drained to the pump tank through the perforated bottom of the vibration chute.The pump recirculates the water to the washbasin.

For this vegetable washing equipment,whirling action and force of the water can be regulated separately through manually adjustable valves and nozzles to assure a proper washing operation for vegetable processing and the desired dwell time of the produce. The control panel features a touch panel that displays the water temperature and that enables several components to be activated and deactivated.
