* The outer guard plate of the equipment is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 3.0mm, and the internal sink is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5mm, and the surface is sandblasted.
   * The brush roller bracket is made of  304 stainless steel plate in 10mm thickness. Both ends of the roller are sealed with high-quality nylon waterproof sleeves, which have high wear resistance and good waterproof effect.

The Vegetable Peeling Machine brush polisher consists of many brush rollers forming an elongated drum. for Vegetable Processing Line .the drum and rollers rotate separately and have independently adjustable speed controls via a series of heavy-duty V-belts.

Access for cleaning and maintenance of the brush polisher is gained through large side doors on either side of the machine. The specially designed infeed prevents damage to delicate products for potato peeling machine. The retention time in the brush polisher is controlled by means of an adjustable turning valve at the end of the drum.
