Colead Vegetable Spin Dryer or Fruit Drying Centrifuge is a little sized centrifuge that removes excess water from leafy vegetables and other fresh produce. The basket with the product is placed in the machine and once the lid is closed, the machine will start running. A magnet locks the lid during centrifuging.Suitable for dewatering leafy vegetables, fruit and vegetable class material surface after cutting.
