Fruit Spiral Washing Machine

The Spiral Fruit Washing Machine works continuously using a combination of water agitation for cleaning, and vibrator for dewatering and transportation. Valve control over the water flow, direction and pressure, adjustable water supply and intensity enables you to adjust the machine to the specific requirements of your product. Water is circulated through the system to keep the operating costs low. It is the most important machine in the whole Vegetable Washing Line or Salad Processing Line.

Ÿ Vegetable Spiral Washing Machine is designed for washing cut vegetables that either float on water or sink or the whole leafy vegetables and fruits which can flow along with water.

Ÿ The excess washing water is drained to the pump tank through the perforated bottom of the vibration chute. 

   The pump recirculates the water to the washbasin.
