Use to peeling carrot, radish, potato, sweet potato, beets,onion, yam, horseradish, ginger and rhizome vegetables etc.


The Potato Peeling Machine always works with our pre-soak washing machine. Usually this is the first step of the Potato Processing Line, it is the first time to wash the impurities on the surface of potato or some root vegetable. The Vegetable Peeling machine usually consists of different quantity of brush rollers and sand rollers. The next process would use vegetable roller conveyor to make manual selection.
The produce to be peeled is conveyed by a transport auger through a horizontal, rotating drum.


Features:

Suitable for continuous peeling of round and oval materials;
* The hair roller continuously brushes the material to complete the material cleaning, polishing or peeling treatment. According to the actual output demand of the customer, the sand roller and the brush roller can be scientifically matched.

* Equipped with built-in spiral and water spray system; can realize continuous peeling, transmission and preliminary cleaning of materials.

* Use a detachable wedge-shaped mesh filter slag discharge device;

* Adopt movable impurity collection tank, and the whole drive adopts frequency conversion control mode
